Lance and Tracy advised and helped develop our logo at the start of our Company almost 9 years ago. Since that time, they have provided us with fantasic services at a moments notice. Our availability can never be scheduled therefore making us a difficult customer. We have not found the same level of attention, quality, or customer service since their departure.

This letter is to inform you that Bentonville Police Department has utilized the services of Bentonville SIgn and Banner since 2001. During that time Lance and Tracy Chambers have provided us with the utmost in professional service.
We have used their services for numerous projects from car graphics to signage for special projects. Sometime last year we learned that they had sold their business but we were relieved to learn that they were not leaving.
We are extremely impressed with the Chambers and the services we have received and would continue service with them if they were to move locations of service.

This letter is written in support and appreciation for all the work you have done for NWACC over the past six years - first Bentonville Sign and Banner and now as Bentonville Sign Company.
Your attention to detail, fonts, colors and crisp clean images has not gone unnoticed. Your turnaround times have always been within the window we needed, which I cannot say we've always experienced with other sign vendors.
Your attention to details, like where and how many grommets we need for certain banner applications and advise on what materials would work best has made our jobs as educators much easier.
